ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY (REGISTRATION) RULES - SECT 2

Application for registration of enduring power of attorney

An application under section 9 of the Enduring Powers of Attorney  Ordinance (
Cap 501) to register an enduring power of attorney must-

   (a)  be in writing;

   (b)  state the name and address of-

        (i)    the donor; and

        (ii)   the attorney or, where applicable, each of the attorneys,
               applying for registration; and

   (c)  be accompanied by-

        (i)    the prescribed fee for registration; and

        (ii)   the original of the instrument creating the enduring power of
               attorney and a certified copy thereof.
