TSING MA CONTROL AREA (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 9
Obligation to obey traffic sign, light signals and road markings
Any person within the Area shall comply with the prescribed traffic signs,
prescribed light signals and prescribed road markings erected, displayed or
placed within the Area unless he is exempted from doing so under section 23.
