Toll bars

The Commissioner or an operator may position across a toll lane within the
Area a toll bar of a size, colour and type that the Commissioner considers
appropriate for the purpose of indicating that the toll lane is closed and
that the toll booth or autotoll booth in respect of that toll lane is not in
use.
