TSING MA CONTROL AREA (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 7

Barriers and gates

(1) Where the Commissioner or an operator considers that a road diversion, or
the total or partial closure of any road is necessary, the Commissioner or the
operator, as the case may be, may position across any road within the Area, a
barrier or gate of a size, colour and type as the Commissioner considers
appropriate.

(2) Where a barrier or gate has been positioned across the road under
subsection (1), a person shall not drive a vehicle beyond that barrier or
gate.
