TSING MA CONTROL AREA (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 5
Power to remove unauthorized traffic signs, light signals and road markings
Where a person erects, displays or places a traffic sign, light signal or
road marking within the Area, without the prior consent in writing of the
Commissioner, the Commissioner may-
(a) order the person who erected, displayed or placed it to remove it; and
(b) if that person does not comply with the order, remove or direct an
operator to remove the traffic sign, light signal or road marking.
