TSING MA CONTROL AREA (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 25

Offences and penalties

Any person who-

   (a)  contravenes sections 7(2), 9, 10(2), 12, 13, 14(1) or 15;

   (b)  carries out road works, without a permit under section 16(1), within
        the Area or is in breach of a condition in a permit issued under that
        section;

   (c)  contravenes section 17(1), 18 or 21;

   (d)  contravenes section 22(1) or (2), fails to comply with a requirement
        made under section 22(4) or fails to comply with section  22 (5); or

   (e)  contravenes section 24, commits an offence and is liable to a fine at
        level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
