AVIATION SECURITY REGULATION - SECT 24

Continuing offences

Where an offence referred to in section 23 is of such a nature that the
offence is a continuing one, then in addition to the penalty established under
section 23, the person on conviction shall be liable to a fine of $10000 for
each day that the offence continues.
