AVIATION SECURITY REGULATION - SECT 21

Powers of exemption of Authority

The Authority may, by notice in writing and subject to such conditions as he
may impose, exempt-

   (a)  any person or class of person; or

   (b)  any vehicle or class of vehicle, from all or any of the requirements
        of this Regulation.
