AVIATION SECURITY REGULATION - SECT 16

Surrender of cancelled or suspended permit

Where the manager cancels or suspends a permit, he shall notify the owner of
the vehicle who shall, on being so notified, forthwith surrender the permit to
the manager unless, before being so notified, the owner notified the manager
under section 18 of the loss of the permit.
