AVIATION SECURITY REGULATION - SECT 11

Surrender of permit on ceasing employment, etc.

Where a permit holder-

   (a)  ceases to be employed by the issuing authority, he shall forthwith
        surrender his permit to the issuing authority;

   (b)  ceases to be employed by or otherwise associated with a person who
        applied for a permit on his behalf, he shall forthwith surrender his
        permit to such person.
