MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND SCHEMES (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 82
Auditor's report to be attached to financial statements
The approved trustee of a registered scheme must take all reasonable steps to
ensure that, before the deadline for each financial period of the scheme, the
auditor's report on the financial statements prepared for that period is
attached to, or endorsed on, those statements.
