MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND SCHEMES (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 66
Approved trustee permitted to deduct from scheme members' accounts amount in respect of administrative expenses
Subject to this Regulation, the approved trustee of a registered scheme may
periodically deduct from each scheme member's account with the scheme fees for
administrative expenses.
