MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND SCHEMES (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 186

Administrator to pay compensation to approved trustee

(1) If the Court makes an order under section 17C of the Ordinance for the
award of compensation, the administrator must pay the compensation to such
person as is specified in the order.

(2) The compensation must be paid to the trustee within 3 months after either-

   (a)  the end of the period within which an appeal may be made against the
        determination of the Court; or

   (b)  if an appeal against the determination is lodged within that period
        and not subsequently withdrawn, the date on which the matter is
        finally determined.
