HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 79
Transitional
(1) An application to the Court for directions pursuant to section 49 of the
Ordinance shall, unless the Court orders otherwise, be heard by a single
permanent judge in Chambers.
(2) Where a person has applied for leave to appeal to the Judicial Committee
of the Privy Council on or before 30 June 1997 but the application has not
been determined before 1 July 1997 the applicant may apply to the Court for
directions.
