Persons under a disability

The provisions of Order 80 of the Rules of the High Court ( Cap. 4 sub. leg.)
shall apply to "persons under a disability" as defined in that Order and that
Order shall accordingly be construed with such modifications, adaptations,
qualifications and exceptions as may be necessary for this purpose.
