HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 75
Change of solicitor
(Past version on 01/07/1997).
The provisions of Order 67 of the Rules of the Supreme Court ( Cap 4 sub.
leg.) shall apply with respect to changes of a solicitor and that Order shall
accordingly be construed with such modifications, adaptations, qualifications
and exceptions as may be necessary for this purpose. (L.N. 416 of 1997)
