HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 74

Service of documents

(1) Subject to subrule (2), service of any document under these Rules may be
effected in any manner provided by the Rules of the High Court ( Cap. 4 sub.
leg.) for the service of documents.

(2) An application for leave to appeal and a Notice of Appeal shall be served
in the manner prescribed in Order 10 of the Rules of the High Court ( Cap. 4
sub. leg.) for service of originating process.

(3) Where any document is required by these Rules to be served on a party to
the proceedings in the court below, service may be effected on the solicitor
on record for the party in that court.
