HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 69

Preparation of documents

(1) The following provisions shall apply to documents required by these Rules
to be prepared for the purpose of an appeal or an application to the Court
(including an application for leave to appeal).

(2) Documents shall be produced on one side only of good quality A4 paper,
with a right hand margin of 4 cm.

(3) Documents shall be produced by printing, typewriting, photocopying or
other electronic or mechanical copying or printing process. Carbon copies are
not acceptable.

(4) The font size of the lettering on documents shall not be smaller than 12
point type.

(5) A document which is not clearly legible is not acceptable.

(6) Each page of a document shall be numbered.
