Register of Appeals

PART XIII

MISCELLANEOUS

(1) The Registrar shall open and maintain at the Registry of the Court a
register called the Register of Appeals in such form as he considers
appropriate.

(2) The Registrar shall enter or cause to be entered in the
Register of Appeals particulars of all documents filed in the Registry of the
Court relating to an appeal and such other matters as he considers
appropriate.
