HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 6

Service

(1) A copy of the notice of application and of the other documents filed under
rule 5 shall be served by the applicant on each party to the proceedings in
the court below within 7 days after the day on which the notice of application
was filed.

(2) An affidavit of service of the notice of application and of the other
documents filed under rule 5, stating by whom the documents were served, the
date on which they were served, where they were served and how, shall be filed
within 7 days after the day of such service.
