HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 58

Security to be dealt with as Court directs

Where the Appellant has lodged security for the Respondent's costs of an
appeal in the Registry of the Court, the Registrar shall deal with that
security in accordance with directions given by the Court.
