Taxation of costs

COSTS

(1) All bills of costs ordered to be taxed by the Court shall be taxed by the
Registrar in accordance with Order 62 (except rule 35 thereof) of the Rules of
the Supreme Court ( Cap 4 sub. leg.) and that Order shall accordingly be
construed with such modifications, adaptations, qualifications and exceptions
as may be necessary for this purpose.

(2) No application for a review under Order 62, rule 33 of the Rules of the
Supreme Court ( Cap 4 sub. leg.) may be granted and the Registrar may not
exercise any power under rule 34 of that Order after an appeal under section
45 of the Ordinance has been filed, unless the appeal is abandoned. (L.N. 416
