HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 47
Drawing up of orders
(1) Subject to subrule (2) every order of the Court shall be drawn up unless
the Court otherwise directs.
(2) It shall not be necessary to draw up an order made by the Court giving
directions as to matters of practice or procedure unless the Court otherwise
directs.
