APPLICATIONS GENERALLY

(1) All applications, including applications for orders or directions as to
matters of practice or procedure, shall be made using where appropriate, such
of the forms set out in Schedule 1 as the circumstances of the particular
application require.

(2) The forms set out in Schedule 1 may be varied to such extent as the
circumstances of any particular case require.

(3) Subject to any provision to the contrary in these Rules, all applications
shall be made by way of summons.
