HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 4

Form of application

(1) A notice of application shall-

   (a)  be in Form B in Schedule 1;

   (b)  state succinctly all such facts and matters as may be necessary to
        enable the Appeal Committee to consider whether leave ought to be
        granted; and

   (c)  deal with the merits of the case only so far as is necessary to
        explain the grounds upon which leave to appeal is sought.

(2) A notice of application shall be signed by the applicant or his solicitor.
