HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 33

Approval of Part B by Respondent

The Appellant shall, not later than 7 days after the day the Respondent's Case
was filed, send a copy of the proposed index for Part B, prepared in
accordance with the requirements set out in Schedule 2, to the Respondent for
his approval.
