HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 26

Respondent to file Case

(1) The Respondent shall, within 28 days after the day of the receipt by him
of the Appellant's Case, file 6 copies of his Case.

(2) A Respondent shall after filing his Case, forthwith serve a copy on the
Appellant and every other Respondent.
