HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 25
Appellant to file Case
(1) The Appellant shall, within 35 days after the day of the filing his
Notice of Appeal, file 6 copies of his Case.
(2) After filing his Case the Appellant shall forthwith serve a copy on each
Respondent.
