HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 22
Non-appearing Respondent not entitled to receive notices or lodge Case
A Respondent who has not entered an appearance is not entitled to receive from
the Registrar any notice, application or other document relating to the
appeal, nor be allowed to file a Case in the appeal.
