PART II

LEAVE TO APPEAL

(1) In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-

        (a)	"application" (申請) means an application to the Court for leave 
to appeal; and

        (b)	"Respondent" (答辯人) means a respondent to the application.


(2) A notice of motion for leave to appeal under section 24, 27D or 33 of the
Ordinance is referred to in this Part as a notice of application. (11 of 2002
s. 8)
