Withdrawal of appeal
PART IV
WITHDRAWAL OF APPEAL
(1) An application to withdraw an appeal shall be in Form D in Schedule 1 and
shall be served on all the other parties as soon as reasonably practicable
after it has been filed.
(2) The Court may determine an application to withdraw an appeal without a
hearing.
