HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 15

Registration

(1) When a Notice of Appeal is filed the Registrar shall allocate a number to
it and register it in the Register of Appeals.

(2) Notices of Appeal shall be numbered consecutively in each year in the
order in which they are filed.

(3) The Registrar shall endorse on the Notice of Appeal so registered the
number of the Notice and the date of registration and shall authenticate the
endorsement by signing his name and affixing the seal of the Court thereto.

(4) The Registrar shall supply to the Appellant such number of sealed copies
of the Notice of Appeal as the Appellant may reasonably require.
