HONG KONG COURT OF FINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 13

Final leave

(1) An application for final leave shall be made within 7 days after the
expiry of any period fixed by the Court for complying with the conditions
attached to the grant of conditional leave.

(2) An application for final leave shall be supported by an affidavit
verifying the fulfillment of the conditions attached to the grant of
conditional leave and stating the names and addresses of the persons on whom
notice of the application was served.

(3) The Court may determine an application for final leave without a hearing.
