AIRPORT AUTHORITY ORDINANCE (MAP OF RESTRICTED AREA) ORDER - SECT 1
Restricted Area VerDate:07/04/2000




The Restricted Area comprises-

        (a)	the area of the land at and in the vicinity of Chek Lap Kok 
delineated and shown edged green in the map titled "Airport Authority 
Ordinance (Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" numbered AAO/RA/001C; and

        (b)	parts of the passenger terminal building of the Airport, which 
are delineated and shown shaded yellow in a set of nine maps titled 
"Airport Authority Ordinance (Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" 
numbered AAO/RA/002C, AAO/RA/003C, AAO/RA/004C, AAO/RA/005C, AAO/RA/006C, 
AAO/RA/007C, AAO/RA/008C, AAO/RA/009B and AAO/RA/010B,
in each case being maps signed by the Director on 3 April 2000 and kept by 
the Authority.

The Restricted Area comprises-

        (a)	the area of the land at and in the vicinity of Chek Lap Kok 
delineated and shown edged green in the map titled "Airport Authority 
Ordinance (Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" numbered AAO/RA/001B; and

        (b)	parts of the passenger terminal building delineated and shown 
shaded yellow in a set of nine maps titled "Airport Authority Ordinance 
(Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" numbered AAO/RA/002B, AAO/RA/003B, 
AAO/RA/004B, AAO/RA/005B, AAO/RA/006B, AAO/RA/007B, AAO/RA/008B, 
AAO/RA/009A and AAO/RA/010A.
The maps are kept by the Authority and were signed by the Director on 16 
September 1999.

The Restricted Area shall comprise-

        (a)	the area of the land at and in the vicinity of Chek Lap Kok 
delineated and shown edged green in the map titled "Airport Authority 
Ordinance (Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" numbered AAO/RA/001A; and

        (b)	parts of the passenger terminal building delineated and shown 
shaded yellow in a set of seven maps titled "Airport Authority Ordinance 
(Cap 483) Map of the Restricted Area" numbered AAO/RA/002A, AAO/RA/003A, 
AAO/RA/004A, AAO/RA/005A, AAO/RA/006A, AAO/RA/007A and AAO/RA/008A.
The maps are kept by the Authority and were signed by the Director on 17 
February 1998.
