Notification of accidents and other occurrences

For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution.

(1) The Authority shall give notice to the Secretary for Transport and Housing
of every accident and occurrence on the automated people mover of a type
described in the Schedule, after its commencement for public use.

(2) Notice shall be given under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after
the accident and occurrence and in such form as the Secretary for Transport
and Housing may from time to time determine. (L.N. 106 of 2002; L.N. 130 of
