AIRPORT AUTHORITY (AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER) (SAFETY) REGULATION - SECT 5

Notification of accidents and other occurrences

(1) The Authority shall give notice to the Secretary for the Environment,
Transport and Works of every accident and occurrence on the
automated people mover of a type described in the Schedule, after its
commencement for public use.

(2) Notice shall be given under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after
the accident and occurrence and in such form as the Secretary for the
Environment, Transport and Works may from time to time determine. (L.N. 106 of
