AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 60

Terms of Use

Notice of Terms of Use shall be deemed duly given by the Authority-

   (a)  where the relevant Terms of Use are applicable to all persons using
        the Airport or the service or facility concerned, by display publicly
        at the Airport; or

   (b)  where the relevant Terms of Use are only applicable to a person
        providing or operating a service in the Airport or an air carrier
        operating therein, by notice in writing served on such person or air
        carrier.
