AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 57

Power of removal

Every Authorized Officer and Authorized Person shall have the power to remove
(if necessary by the use of reasonable force) from any part of the Bylaw Area-

   (a)  any person whom he reasonably believes has, or suspects of having
        contravened or attempted to contravene a provision of any section; and

   (b)  any animal, vehicle or article which is in an area in contravention of
        this Bylaw, without prejudice to any fine, penalty or charge which may
        be imposed in accordance with this Bylaw.
