Power to require provision of personal particulars

PART XI

ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

(1) Subject to section 35(8) of the Ordinance, any person who is reasonably
suspected of committing or attempting to commit any breach of this Bylaw shall
provide information and proof of his name, address and the purpose of his
being in the Bylaw Area to an Authorized Officer or an Authorized Person when
required by such Authorized Officer or Authorized  Person.

(2) No person shall fail to give the requested information under subsection
(1) without reasonable excuse or knowingly make a statement which is false or
misleading as to a material particular in furnishing any information or in
giving his name and address under subsection (1).
