Person who finds property

PART X

LOST PROPERTY

(1) Any person who finds in the Bylaw Area any property which appears to have
been lost or left behind shall not remove such property from the place it is
found save for the purpose of handing over the same forthwith to
the Authority.

(2) A person who finds property in the circumstances referred to in subsection
(1) shall, upon handing over the property to an Authorized  Person, be deemed
to have complied with the requirements of that subsection.
