AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 47

Vehicle examination

(1) The Authority may require regular and random vehicle examinations to be
conducted on any Airside Vehicle. The examinations shall be conducted by such
persons and at such examination centre as may be designated by the Authority
or such other locations as may be determined by the Authority.

(2) To pass an Airside Vehicle examination, a vehicle has to comply with such
airport vehicle safety standards as may be determined by the  Authority and
the provisions of the Road Traffic (Construction and 
Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations ( Cap 374 sub. leg.).
