Vehicle licensing

PART VIII

AIRSIDE TRAFFIC

(1) All vehicles driven in the Restricted Area shall have an
Airside Vehicle Licence issued by the Authority. The Authority may impose such
conditions of issue as it may determine and such conditions may include but
not be limited to-

   (a)  the area within which the vehicle may only be driven; and

   (b)  the insurance requirements relating to the vehicle.

(2) The Authority may revoke or refuse to issue or renew an Airside 
Vehicle Licence at its absolute discretion, in particular if the vehicle fails
to pass any of the examinations under section 47, or if there is any breach of
the conditions of issue of the Airside Vehicle Licence or if it is in the
interest of security, safety or operational expediency to do so.

(3) Airside Vehicles are classified in accordance with Schedule 1 for the
purpose of licensing.
