AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 45

Contamination

(1) The operator of an aircraft shall be responsible for any fuel spills,
contamination or pollution of the movement area by such aircraft and shall
take steps to promptly stop such spills, contamination or pollution and
minimize the consequence and damage.

(2) The Authority may charge the operator of an aircraft for the expenses
incurred in remedying any breach of subsection (1) and recover such sums owing
as a civil debt from such operator.
