AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 41

Removal of aircraft

(1) The Authority may request the moving or removal of and, where such request
is not promptly acceded to, the Authority may, at the risk of the owner or
operator thereof, move or remove, or cause to be moved or removed, any
aircraft, including any aircraft disabled or incapacitated for any reason
while on the movement area, for security, safety or operational reasons as
determined by the Authority.

(2) The Authority may charge the owner or operator of an aircraft for the
expenses incurred in moving or removing such aircraft pursuant to subsection
(1) and recover such sums owing as a civil debt from the owner or operator of
the aircraft.

(3) Nothing in this section shall be taken or construed to the prejudice of
the provisions of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation (Investigation 
of Accidents) Regulations ( Cap 448 sub. leg.).
