AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 38

Signs and advertisements

(1) Without prejudice to any other enactment relating to advertisements,
decorations or signs, no person shall-

   (a)  erect any advertisement, decoration, flag, banner, emblem, notice or
        sign; or

   (b)  post, stick, paint or write, or cause to be posted, stuck, painted or
        written, any placard, bill advertisement or any other matter, on any
        part of the Bylaw Area without the permission of the Authority.

(2) The Authority may remove and dispose of any advertisement, decoration and
sign which is exhibited in any part of the Bylaw Area without the permission
of the Authority.
