AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 37
Distribution schemes and arrangements
No person shall, without the permission of the Authority, carry out, operate,
engage in or participate in any scheme or arrangement for the delivery,
collection or distribution of any commodities in or to any part of the
Bylaw Area for the purpose of or in connection with any commercial or business
operation or undertaking which is, or is held out to be, an operation or
undertaking for the sale of or dealing in dutiable commodities on a duty free
or duty discounted basis.
