Flight safety hazard
PART VI
PROHIBITED ACTS
Without prejudice to the provisions of the Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order
1995 ( Cap 448 sub. leg.), no person shall, within the Bylaw Area-
(a) fly a kite, balloon or model plane, release a bird or launch a
parascending parachute; or
(b) drop or deposit anything in such circumstances as to cause or be
likely to cause a flight safety hazard.
