AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 33
Restriction on road and excavation works
No person shall carry out any digging, road or excavation works in any part of
the Bylaw Area, including but not limited to any place on or near any
designated road or on any part of the movement area, without the prior
permission in writing of the Authority.
