AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 3

Bylaw Area

PART II

GENERAL

(1) Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Bylaw, this Bylaw shall apply
to the entire Bylaw Area.

(2) The Bylaw Area shall comprise-

   (a)  all the Restricted Area;

   (b)  all that portion of the Airport Area no part of which is either in the
        Restricted Area or on any road or length of road; and

   (c)  all the designated roads, but shall not include any area within an
        area referred to in paragraph

   (a)  , (b) or (c) which is also within the MTR Area.
