AIRPORT AUTHORITY BYLAW - SECT 28
Emergency exits and fire escape doors
No person shall, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, obstruct or
lock, or cause to be obstructed or locked, any of the emergency exits of any
buildings or wilfully leave the smoke control doors in any buildings open.
